Her career took shape within the Kingdom of the Netherlands' diplomatic missions in the United States: first at the Consulate General in Miami, and later at the Embassy in Washington, D.C., the capital of the Free World. For years, she acted as a bridge between diverse organizations like the foreign missions of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and the Ministry of Defense, giving her a great understanding of the complex relationships within the Kingdom of the Netherlands. She built expertise in strategic communication, inclusive protocol design, and logistics modernization, serving as a trusted Chief of Support to military leadership and heads of mission. She is specialized in strengthening the 'human infrastructure' of organizations, facilitating knowledge sharing and workshops that turn challenges into collaborative opportunities.
